[Ansteorra] A historic occasion!

I just have to take a moment and recognize a historic moment in Ansteorran
youth rapier.

As of the announcement this past weekend by TRM Sven and Antigone, the
Ansteorran youth rapier program has graduate representation in EVERY rapier
award in Ansteorra, including the Master of Defense!

VIVAT to all those who came before me in this job, and anyone who has every
picked up a blade to train and encourage our youth! You have laid the
groundwork for such an amazing accomplishment!
