[Ansteorra] Order of Defense Recommendations

Thank Google for that one.  The form was set up under the prince email
account, who at the time was Jean Paul, and google happily merged the IDs
of his personal account and the prince account (only in the contact/address
book), which stuck his name on all sorts of things that it shouldn't have
been on. In theory we've hosed it all down, and that shouldn't pop up
again, but if it does, please let me know.

It never went to JP's email box. It goes into a spreadsheet in google docs
under the Crown's accounts now.
