[Ansteorra] Pavilions at Crown Tournament

Greetings Ansteorra!

I hope you have all had a wonderful holiday break, and are already looking
forward to the wonderful events to come! In just 8 short days we will be
gathering to watch the pageantry of the Crown Tournament entrants, marvel
at the skill of the fighters, and welcome our new Heirs!

For those with pavilions: we are hoping to maximize lyst field-side
seating, and we ask that you send your information to modius at cityscope.net,
including:

*Group/Household/Individual name
*size of pavilion (including ropes)
*if your pavilion is period or modern

We are hoping to accommodate as many as possible around the field, but
preference will be given to those with period pavilions.
