[Ansteorra] Membership information needed for Authorizing Marshals

Good afternoon everyone,

My apologies in advance for the inconvenience, but it is a requirement that
authorizing marshals be warrant-able members of the society, (i.e. have
current membership cards).  However, when you renew your memberships, the
information does not automatically go to the marshallate secretary, and the
systems are out of sync.  We will be working in the future to see if we can
automate the process but for now it's still manual.

Because of this, we have a good number of authorizing marshals who
currently are not allowed to authorize because of our policies.  I've
included the list at the bottom of this email.  I need you to send the
marshallate secretary (secretary at marshal.ansteorra.org)  a picture of the
front of your blue card (so she can see the expiration date) within the
next 7 days or we will have to remove you from the roles of the authorizing.

Please check if you are on the list, and if you are get your information to
the marshallate secretary.
