Greetings Ansteorra from Rixende de Rouen, Kingdom Youth Rapier Marshal.

At Queens Champion, I will teach a youth rapier marshal/parent class during
the White Scarf circle. Please read and review the rules before then. They
are short and sweet.

Youth rapier is exploding in Ansteorra, and I swell with pride seeing the
next generation take their first steps and find their own paths to
