[Ansteorra] Calendar enhancements

Greetings Ansteorra!

We have some improvements to the Kingdom Calendar.  Many thanks to Master Rese for being the master of all codes and tamer of internet pages.  I just get to push the buttons. 

We now have an icon to mark perpetual dates, golden ticket tournaments and one for Facebook links.  

PLEASE READ You have to meet certain criteria for me to add the Facebook link.  You MUST have a webpage with the required information first.  Also,  it has to be on the groups Facebook page (not yours) and it needs to be official.  Example, Bordermarch says theirs is an unofficial hang out spot.  Stargate lists theirs as official.  I will not take your word for it.  I will check. 

Finally there is a mobile view and a smartphone calendar download.  You can always have the calendar on hand.  Never go without your directions again.
