[Ansteorra] New Northern Regional Treasurer

Greetings Ansteorra,

I am happy to announce that my office has accepted the application of Lady
Jutte von dem Berg as the new Northern Regional Treasurer.

My office also extends appreciation to Lady Sigridr Ragedottir; she will
aid Lady Jutte through this year's Domesday work, and then will work with
my office on a series of training projects.
