This is my last update for SCA 50th Year! I hope that everyone attending
will be able to bring back wonderful stories. (and hopefully some photos
too!)

Please see the final announcements regarding: Gating in on site,
information during the event, and Seige activities.

Please remember that you ONLY need your SCA membership (blue) card and a
state ID to troll in at SCA 50 Year.

If you have a white membership card, you'll be asked to sign the adult
waiver.

If you have minor children in your party *that are not your children*,
please execute the minor waiver and have it notarized BEFORE you leave home.

Please execute the minor waiver for children under 18.

Gate in/Troll in is every SCA person's dream: DRIVE-THROUGH REGISTRATION!
Please stay in your vehicles as you enter the admissions area. Gate staff
will come to you, and check you in.

MONDAY 1-3PM - Siege demo
Ever want to see a siege engine operating "up close and personal"? Ever
want to actually fire one? This is your chance!

TUESDAY 2-5pm - Build a Ballista
Learn how to make a giant crossbow that can kill dukes from 80 yards away.
Take part in making it then fire it yourself. 'Nuff said.

WEDNESDAY 3-5pm - Siege the Day
Meet the Society's Siege Marshal, learn the hows and whys of the SCA's
siege rules, and take part in firing various siege engines. Especially
useful if you want to authorize as a Siege Engineer. Great knowledge to
take home your Kingdom does not have a Siege program but you wish it did.

THURSDAY 1-3pm - Siege demo
Come play with our big, dangerous, grown-up toys. Learn how we make the
rain that brings the pain.

FRIDAY 1-3pm - Build a Human Powered Trebuchet
Human powered trebuchets are small, portable, and deadly on the field.
Learn how to build one so you and a friend can take out that enemy general
from a distance and become your Kingdom's hero du jour!

SATURDAY 4-6pm - Siege demo
This is your last chance to fire a siege engine at 50 Year. Don't miss out!
After this they'll be heading home with their owners.
