Word has trickled in...many attendees are asking what they can do to help
make SCA 50 Year a success.

volunteer signup is open on April 15. This link comes directly to your

Be part of a landmark Society event: get in the volunteer swing of things.

Volunteers are being requested to teach a Youth Class, Adults and Youth
alike!  Never taught a Youth class?  No problem, help is available for
making the class Youth and/or Family friendly.  Here are some ideas of
classes to teach:
• Basic belly dancing moves
• Basic Heraldry (food items or cardboard shields work great)
• Period songs
• Period games
• Making period dolls (peg dolls/knights or yarn dolls, etc.
• Illumination (coloring, painting, drawing)
• Making a wooden sword or even construction paper sword
• Weaving basics or spinning
• Making period accessories such pouches, book covers, jewelry, etc.
• Cooking or food basics
• Medieval life or animals
• Anything YOU find fascinating!
Youth classes will be offered starting on Saturday, June 18th from 2-4,
then throughout the week from 10-4, with Wed being a joint A&S and Youth
day.  On Saturday, June 25th classes will be offered from 10-2.  If

Both provide 10x20 and 20x20 tents that be used for personal camping.

DIRECTLY by phone to discuss size, setup and delivery options.

A draft of the event schedule in EXCEL is now available. Division heads are
currently accepting activities; and many are already scheduled. This is NOT
a final document!

If you'd like to teach/lead/coordinate a specific activity, contact the
division head listed on the page. Each tab notes an event area.

This version shows ALL the times for activities in all venues. Please be
advised that items that look "open" here may have been scheduled since this
document was produced, so you may want to think about alternate times for
things you may want to do/lead/see.
