[Ansteorra] Event Announcements and Officer changes

Greetings Ansteorra.  In consultation with Master Modius, Kingdom
Seneschal, we are pleased to announce the following:
Ansteorran Heraldic & Scribal Symposium will be hosted by the Barony of
Ravensfort.
King's College will be hosted by the Barony of the Steppes.
Winter Crown will be co-hosted by the Barony of Namron, the Canton of
Skorragardr, and the group from Ardmore that is working on forming.
Congratulations to these groups and remember to put these events on your
calendars.

We would like to announce the following officer changes:
We would like to welcome Ahlanna a'Becket as the new Social Media Liaison
and give many and much thanks for the tremendous service that Gwenllyan
verch Wilkin has provided these past several years in that position.
We would like to welcome Gavin Mac Iain as the new Southern Regional
Seneschal.
We would also like to welcome Gavin Mac Giolla Ruadh as the new Special
Projects Deputy to the Kingdom Seneschal.
