[Ansteorra] PayPal Deputy Announcement

Greetings Ansteorra -

I am pleased to announce that I had excellent applicants for the
hopefully-soon-to-start PayPal Deputy position.

My PayPal Deputy will be Lady Jutte VonderBurg, and her ER Deputy will be
Lady Lessandra della Torre.

I still don't have a final idea for when this work will formally start.
I'll keep everyone updated as I know things.
