Ainar,

I have had the pleasure of working with you at the beginning of our
incipient status at Graywood as the Seneschal. You were coordinating the
media efforts and we spoke at length about getting me up to speed on the
issues of dealing with the media for several demos we had planned.

I was the Seneschal of the Shire of Graywood from its most recent beginning
till August 2, 2018. I have been in constant contact with the Kingdom
Seneschal and feel as thought much of what should not be done or is used as
an example of how things should not go, I have been involved in. That does
deserve a bit of explaining. As a Seneschal I have been involved in a
pedophile being expelled from our new group. We held things together and I
have been complimented on the handling of those circumstances.  My dog was
attacked at the entrance to an event in Livingston, TX. I became intimately
familiar with this rule. It was Ean MacRaith, our eldest shire member, who
died at Defender of the Fort 2 years ago. I was thrust into what happens
when an event takes place without the Seneschal there and witnessed the
ramifications of how that can affect our shire, our Kingdom and our
Society. While Ean died, and was later revived, he was hospitalized for
nearly a month and our shire was scheduled tp be in front of about 55,000
people over a 5 day period beginning that following Wednesday. As a new
shire, nearly all of our fighters were family or very close friends with
Ean and as such much of our demo was in jeopardy. Thanks to some efforts on
behalf of others and extraordinary efforts of our fighters we pulled it off
for, and again was complimented on it.

In addition, my work experience, is such that I have a deep knowledge in
contractual review and application, in tort law, employment law through
union representations and in commercial aviation working for Braniff
International Airways as a Load Control Agent. I have also owned many
businesses and served as consultant to many high end lawyers in litigating
torts.

I am looking to continue my work within the Kingdom and the Society and to
that end would thoroughly enjoy working with you in whatever capacity you
might find appropriate either as an ER or as a special projects deputy. I
would love to develop a mediation program which could be used to resolve
local, kingdom and hopefully, societal issues that arise from our play. As
I say though, If you feel I can be of help it does not matter where you use
me because I am generally available most any time.

I am 60 years old and retired from Delta Airlines on a early retirement
from the aftermath of September 11. I do want to point out that my ability
to travel has been very limited for the last 1.5 years as a result of a
serious back injury which is being addressed at this moment. I am able to
drive some distances now and feel as though it would not affect any needs
which you may have.
