[Ansteorra] replacement for southern region exchequer

[Ansteorra Exchequer]

The term of the current southern region exchequer (Mistress Czina
Angielczyka) ends at the end of September and neither one of us have been
contacted by anyone who would like to replace her. The duties of this
position are in the kingdom financial policy and actually takes less hours
per month (in my opinion) than that of a local branch exchequer.

If you are a current or previous exchequer in the southern region, or have
exchequer experience in a different kingdom, and would like to apply for
