The yule time is upon us! What could be a more perfect gift than pre-registering your loved one for Gulf War  XXVIII!



Deadline for mail in registrations is 1/31/2019, and the deadline for online registrations is 2/14/2019, with the invoice having to be paid by 2/15/2019 at midnight.

All requests for Field Pavilions should be sent to the Pavilions deputy Alina de Lacy at fieldpavillions at gulfwars.org. Cut off for requests is March 1, 2019.



Service animals and coursing hound owners – Please contact Animal Control (animalcontrol at gulfwars.org) before 25 Feb to start your pre-registration for War.



In order to be considered for a Vardo exemption, the RV must have a period appearance. It must not have visible road wheels, a generator, require utilities hookups, or exert excessive ground pressure. Please contact the Landcrat prior to War as all Vardos must be pre-approved.

All requests must be made in writing and include pictures, sent to landcrat at gulfwars.org and eleri.cadarn at gmail.com
