[Ansteorra] Crown tournament

[Kingdom Seneschal]

Greetings Ansteorra.  The time has come again to chose Heirs to the
throne.  With that Their Majesties and I need letters of intent to fight in
crown tournament.  Please send the letters to seneschal at anstoerra.org and
crown at ansteorra.org.  Their Majesties have very specific requirements for
those who are fighting in the tournament.  Please note them.  I will be
verifying your officer experience and putting together the roster.
