[Ansteorra] War College Cancelled

Our Baron Elrique and Autocrat Seneca walked the site today.  It is too wet
to safely drive or camp this coming weekend.  Therefore the decision was
made to cancel the event.  For everyone who was going to teach, authorize
fighters or just participate know that we appreciate you and will call on
you again in the future.  If you know someone who isn't on this list or
Facebook please let them know of the cancellation.
