If you are an Authorizing Marshal, a Regional or Local Level Marshal, Youth
Marshal then you must have you information in the Fighter Database kept
current.  If your "fighter card" shows an expired membership or
expired/missing Background Check Letter then you will not be warranted at
Summer Round Table.

Please check your information https://apps.ansteorra.org/marshal/auth  You
can change any of the information on the card except date fields.

On a side note, anyone listed in the Fighter Database (that magical place
in cyber la-la land that keeps your fighter card for you) IF you have a
membership number on your card then when you renew your card you need to
notify the Marshalate Secretary by sending a copy of card/renewal for your
proof of membership.

Using the new database for fighters.

Go To:  https://apps.ansteorra.org/marshal/auths



Put in your email address:  xxxxx at xxxxx.xxx   this should be the same email
address that was on your Authorization paperwork.



If you have a password, enter it.  If not or if you can’t remember it then
go to the next step below.



Click: Forgot Password button

A link will be sent to you at that email address.  If you can't remember
the email you originally used, please contact the Marshalate Secretary.



Click on the link in the email, type in the password you wish to use.

It will open with your file.



Please verify all your information is correct.  If there is an error you
cannot correct, please contact me at

secretary at marshal.ansteorra.org.  Any field involving a date must be
corrected by me.



Scroll down to the bottom of the page.  There is a blue button that says
Request Authorization.  Click on that button to request specific
authorization via the website.  Once you submit the authorization request
emails are sent and the authorizing marshal will approve the request.
