All Authorizing Marshals must have a current membership on file.  Please
check your fighter card file for the expiration date of your membership.

All Youth Marshals must have a current membership plus a current Background
Check.  Please check your fighter card file for current membership and
current Background Check.

All Local Knight Marshals and Local Rapier Marshals must have a current
membership.  Please check your fighter card for the expiration date of your
membership.  If you need to send a copy of your membership please include
the name of your local group in the email.

If your membership shows expired, please send a copy of your membership
card to this office.  If your Background Check shows expired please send a
copy of the current Background Check letter from SCA Inc to this office.

Any of the above Marshals that have expired membership and/or
missing/expired Background Check Letters will not be warranted at July
Round Table.

The cutoff date for updating membership expiry and/or Background Check
letters is July 15, 2018.
