[Ansteorra] Accepting Bids for Kingdom Championships

Bids are still being accepted for the following kingdom events:

Royal Huntsman - one bid has been received so far, from the Barony of Loch
Soillier.
Royal Lancer - one bid has been received so far, from the Barony of
Bordermarch.
Kingdom Middle Eastern Dance Championship
Eisteddfod

Bids will be due September 6, 2019.
