[Ansteorra] Youth Marshals/January Roster 2020

[Marshalate Secretary]

Please note that all updates to the January Warranting Roster will be
cutoff on December 31, 2019.  Round Table is January 18th.  I have to
assemble the Roster and print out copies for the Crown to sign at Round
Table.

Look at your file that you print your fighter card from.  If you hold a
membership card make sure the one on your card is up to date.  If it isn't
you have to send me a copy of the front of your card so it can be updated.
The SCA Inc membership renewals do not transfer to the Ansteorra Fighter
Database.  It is the responsibility of each person in the database to send
a copy of their renewed membership card to the Marshalate Secretary so the
file can be updated

All Youth Marshals must have current membership and current Background
check.  I checking the Youth Marshal files for current BG Checks.  Failure
to have one on file with the Marshalate Secretary will result in the
removal of the Youth Marshal Role.
