[Ansteorra] "College of Heralds - what is it even?" in the Ansteorran Gazette!

Greetings, Ansteorra! As I talk to folks about the College of Heralds and
College of Scribes, I realize there is a lot of confusion about who we are,
what we do, and who can be involved(and how!). It is my hope to answer
those questions - as well as any questions you may have! - in a series of
articles in the Ansteorran Gazette! I hope you find this first introductory
piece helpful! If you have questions about the College of Heralds, or
topics you think would be worth exploring, please let me know! Also, if
