Information Regarding Sales Tax for Texas Events

For the State of Texas all vendors are *required* to have a Texas Sales Tax
Permit.  Event stewards or a designated person will need to verify the
vendor has a Texas Sales Tax Permit.  Although there is no requirement from
the state to track these, it is highly recommended the group keep a list
for the event to demonstrate each vendor was checked.
