[Ansteorra] Next Kingdom Seneschal

[Kingdom Seneschal]

Greetings Ansteorra,

While it is a privilege to serve this great Kingdom once again, my time in
office is coming to an end.  It was announced in court this weekend that my
successor as Kingdom Seneschal will be Myfanwy Ferch Eifion.

We will transition the office at Crown and through Round Table.  I believe
she will serve this Kingdom well and represents a good change for Ansteorra
to continue its journey to learn a new normal with this plague.  I ask you
to support her as she learns this role.
