Greetings Ansteorra and the Incipient Principality of Vindheim! It is with
great pleasure that I announce to you the first Minister of Children for
the Principality of Vindheim, Lady Dyrfinna Mikaelsdottir!

Lady Dyrfinna is currently serving as MOC for the Barony of Namron and will
do wonders for the Principality.  Please join me in welcoming her to her
