[Ansteorra] Covid Policy Update - Oklahoma only

Greetings,

Thank you to everyone who participated in the poll of whether to implement
the  Covid vaccine/negative test policy in Oklahoma.  We had over 150
responses and the majority of those who responded were in favor of
implementing the vaccine/negative test in Oklahoma.  Therefore,
Anstoerra WILL implement the policy for activities within the state of
Oklahoma.

The policy will take effect starting Monday, October 25, 2021.  Any
questions should be directed to kingdom at seneschal.ansteorra.org.
