[Ansteorra] KAS bid request

[Events Deputy]

Unto our fine Kingdom,
Kingdom Arts and Sciences bids are now being sought..

Site requirements:

This is an INDOOR event.
Required spaces:
1 room for participants to wait while items are judged. This room can also
be used for Court.
1 large (dividable) room or 2 smaller rooms for entries. These rooms are
accessible to the populace at different times.
10-15 tables for entries. 2-4 chairs per table for judges.
2 tables and chairs for Artisan Registration, preferably near a power
source.

Preferences:
1 Royal Room
1 Laurel Meeting room
Luncheon for judges/particpants.
NON-DRY site, in order to allow brewing entries.
Must be handicap accessible.
Bids due by June 30th, to include budget, ad for blackstar, checklist and
layout of location.
