[Ansteorra] Bid for crown tournament

HEAR YE, HEAR YE,
it is time for bids for Crown Tournament!

They will be due July 15.

We need a field for fighting, a private space for royal, a hall if possible
and as accessible as possible. It would be nice if camping is allowed.

All the requirements for bids are the same as they have been.

Please include ad for blackstar. Checklist, bid budget and area layout.
