In my experience as a Court Herald to three different Crowns I have
NEVER seen an actual scroll for the Sable Falcon and only once seen a
scroll for the rapier counterpart the Queens Rapier.  95% of the time
these awards are given out on the field.  The Crown turns to the
herald and says lets go... we will be giving a _____ to that person on
the field.  The scroll text is grabbed.  A Hold is called, The Crown
says hear my words and the scroll text is read.  The recipient then
gets the insignia and a vivat.
