time with regards to Banishment is the "personal opinion" portion of
it. If a person is banished because they have violated some law, then the
SCA is on strong legal ground. However, if someone is banished just
because a person or group of people decide they just don't want the trouble that
goes along with having that particular person around (which is possible under
the current rules), well, since there is no legal right in this country to
discriminate just because you don't like someone, the Society is left wide open
for a lawsuit if the person wants to pursue it.</FONT></DIV>
