wanted to follow up with you. Any chance you will be at Steppes Artisan
this Saturday at Sokol hall on Greenville Avenue and Walnut Hill lane? I
can give you more details if you want/need them. Also, the first Tues of
every month (that would be tomorrow, Aug 03), there is a business meeting a La
Madeline on Beltline between Montfort and Preston (exact address is 5290
Beltline Road - near Addison). It starts at 7:30, and some people show
up at 7:00 and get some dinner to eat during the meeting. It's over
by 9 pm because that's how long we get the room. (They reserve a back
room for us.) It's regular clothes, not garb, and it's free. It
<EM>is </EM>a business meeting, but it's also a great way to find out what's
going on in and with the barony. In most groups it's Populus meeting,
but with Steppes, it seems to be the Business Meeting. The head of each
group or office speaks about what's going on, including a bit of financial
stuff. There are announcements. There is usually some talk about
plans for the barony in coming months. The worst that could happen to
you is that you could be applauded as newcomers. Everyone is
welcome. It's quite informal.</FONT></DIV>
