Dear Delphina, I'm glad you asked this on the list as my earlier post which was meant to clarify seems to have confused instead. Especially since it is not totally in sync with what I gave to Isabeau (many apologies to the fine lady in charge) and has been published in the BlackStar. Here is perhaps a better post. What I said in post( or rmember that I posted...this is scary) Entry submission: 10 to 11 BlackStar says: Entry submission starts at 9 am and runs to 12 noon. What will actually happen: I'll try to take them at 9 am but will probably not be totally ready until 10 am. I, like so many of our folk, am NOT a morning person. Entries can be submitted up thru noon but I'm hoping everyone will be in by 11 so we can get started right away. What I said in post: Judging 11 to 1..lite lunch for judges provided by yours truely BlackStar says: Judging 1 to 4 What will probably happen (I hope) is that judging will go swiftly and easily and most judging will be over by 1. If we need to go later becuse of 100's of fantastic entries, great! and we have the time built in to the schedule. If we don't need to go later cuz we are all done, that is ok too. What I said in post: Populace can view A&S from 1 to 3. BlackStar doesn't address this. Once again, I am hoping that the judging with lots of you Iris' helping will be over and done with ***early***. Then there will be no problem with nonjudges being in the A&S area. If we have to hold the populace for a bit so the judges can finish...great,we can do this. But while I sincerely want the judges to give the entries all the time each one deserves and I don't want to rush anyone, I am hoping for a very smooth judging situation with few to no glitches. Especially because I feel many of my volunteer judges will probably be needed elsewhere within the event. I don't want to monopolize your time for a third of the event if I can help it. That's why I need lots of help so everything can be judged as smoothly as possible. I sincerely apologize to any that were confused by my earlier post and then read something different in their kingdom newsletter. It will all come out in the wash and nobody is going to get shut out or not judged due to a confusion in times of my own making. This job is a lot harder than I first thought!! :) I hope this has helped out and not muddied the waters any further. Until then, I remain...
