<body>You can have the 9 am equestrian round table in Room D since nothing is scheduled in that room. It won't be on the schedule (already gone to print), but the room is empty at that time so I'll pencil you in.<BR>

As for the 3 pm meeting, I'm afraid that all of the rooms will be holding classes. However, you are more than welcome to hold the class in the foyer if you wish or outside if the weather isn't too harsh. If you want to wait until 4 pm, I can find you a classroom for one hour.<BR>
