In my many years in the SCA I have had many problems with my groups. Most of the time I wasn't on the same page as the people. When I have problems I follow the attach set of rules. I have found them to work better than getting upset, but I have done a lot of stupid things also. If you find these suggestions worthwhile you have my permission to reprint them.
