We do have a problem. We are having a lot of problems with mundane item like cars and stuff, but because when we talk about putting them up our populace that needs help feel we are talking about they and get hurt many of our leaders have stoped stressing the need to hide mundane things. Some of our healthy populace use the fact there is one car to excuse their cars. Could we do something like giving our populace who NEED their car's stickers and chasing everyone else off site?
