ARCH - ARCHERY MARSHAL'S HANDBOOK

I have not handed any handbooks out since Redtape. I have been told of
several errors/typos out of date info and I am curruntly trying to get this
all corrected. But I will not be handing any more handbooks out until the
Kingdom Archery Marshal says that the corrected version is correct.
