ARCH - Golf tube manufacturers?

Okay,

After a couple of hours of unfruitful web searching, I'll ask the archery /
siege community:

Where do you get your golf tubes?  I've previously purchased some at
Academy, and am aware of Oshman's and K-mart as alternative sources.
However, since I'm looking to buy several 100's, I'm looking to go directly
to the manufacturers or at least a volume wholesaler.  Any leads?

Oh, same question for UHMW, fiberglass rod, fiberglass tube, and rubber
tubing?
