ARCH - Archer's Flights

OK, so what should the archer in charge of the Archer's Flight do?

Here's what I think:
1).  Announce it on this list.
2).  Announce it on the Announce List.
3).  Bring the disposabble plates, flatware, paper towels, table and garbage
bags.

Everbody esle brings the food.  So what do you think?
