Yes Gilli does.  What do you call the IntraAnsteorra Combat  Archery
Competition?  What do  you call an Archer's Duel?  Both are combat archery
type tourneys.

If you actually shoot at people, it's not target archery it's combat
archery.

Here is another time a bow scale is nice to have.  Some one comes to the
range and says they have problem pulling there bow.  You ask, "What poundage
is it?"  "I don't know."  Is  the reply and of course it's not on the bow.
Or perhaps the individual is on the line and you notice that they are really
straining to pull the bow.  You'll probably want a bow scale here too to
check the bow weight.  In both cases the scale was used to help the archer
find a bow weight they could comfortablly pull.
