ARCH - Combat Archers-Poll

Mistress Stella is the Kingdom Secretary for the Marshallete. She has done
an admirable job over the past year to get this info compiled.  Her info in
the June Blackstar gives her e-mail addy: eflather at flash.net
At the last redtape it was mentioned that this Kingdom has something like a
1-4 ratio of Combat Archers to regular fighters.  While in most other
Kingdoms this ration is 1-20.  So my question is just where is everyone at
Gulf War?
