ARCH - Ranking System

Originally it was the 3 speed rounds only.  Which is more challenging.
However, the 3 regulars and the 15 speed will work too.   It's just real
likly that in 3 scores I'll be a gold tassle in Combat.  Not so likely with
the 3 speed rounds, at least not for a while.  :)
