If it's the same hand book that was shown at my archery shoot, it's only  a
guide.  It doesn't mean a thing.  Lord Fearghus is working on things and
that Handbook wasn't one of them.

If it's the same bogus hand book I saw, it had combat arrows being 1 1/2 in
diameter!!  What a load of crap!.  If that  were the real case, there
wouldn't be a legal combat arrow in the Kingdom!!!!

Go to ikac at dellarco.com this is the real rules for the IKAC.  What you
looked at wasn't fit for toilet paper.  If it doesn't come from Fearhgus, if
it's not signed by him, the Earl Marshal and the Crown, throw it in the
nearest dumpster.
