ARCH - Ranking System

Alright, it is great that we have our historical attempt at a ranking
system.

Now can we discuss the changes that we might want to see made before we
actually implement it?

For instance:

(1) All the other Kingdoms run their ranking systems throughout the year not
just the IKAC season. Most just run the calendar year others use "the past
12 months" for the averages. I would personally pull for the calendar year
because that makes score keeping easier.

(2) About the ranks Can we discuss those? The scores needed and the names
are a direct ripoff of the Outlands system wich differs from most other
kingdoms. Can we use the scoring levels that most other kingdoms use
(Atlantia, An Tir, East Ealdormere, Drachenwald ,...)? They use 0-40 as the
starting point and then 20 point bands.

RANK 1 0 - 39 (submitted any three scores)
RANK 2 40 - 59
RANK 3 60-79
RANK 4 80-99
RANK 5 100 -119
RANK 6 120+

Can we do away with "novice" for the lowest rank? Other kingdoms simply
call their lowest rank "archer" which I like better.

(3) Finally, The divisions. Can we have the Standard IKAC divisions of
Open Handbows, Period Handbow, Open Crossbow, Period Crossbow, and Combat?
Once again that is what most all the other kingdoms do (most of them
acutally don't have a combat ranking system but I really like the idea).

In Service,

Eadric
