Actually that was me. I hope I wasn't too visibly bummed
out when the lower limb of my bow delaminated. It's a
really good Hoyt Polaris Olympic Style target recurve.
It shoots really sweet and those 30 pound limbs were
great for beginners so I often had the 30 lb. limbs on
and would often loan it out.

Fortunately I still have a set of 40 lb. limbs that I
shoot that bow with. Unfortunately, they haven't made
the Polaris in years and you can't get replacement limgs
anymore so I no longer have a really nice bow that
beginners can easily use and gain confidence with.

Remember we do have monthly practices here in Gate's Edge
accompanied by a pot-luck lunch. The next practice is
August 19 (recently rescheduled from Aug. 12). Please
come join us. If you don't have your bow unpacked I
don't think you will have much trouble drawing that same
bow with the 40 lb. limbs and I am looking to aquire a
couple of good loaner bows before then.
Regards,

Eadric
