ARCH - Odd thing noticed in IKAC scoring...

I Think that the no count thing was on some of the non IKAC things I ran
like the Nobles Shoot.  But yes that's what it says.  One could end up with
a decent score with nothing but blow throughs and fall outs.  Lets see, if
you did 6 in the speed rounds,   That would be 72 times 3 = 216.  Hummmmmmmm
and more if you got off more than 6 in each speed round.  Haven't heard of
anything like this actually happening.  I guess it could .
