ARCH - Greeter Propossal, 2nd DRAFT

Greetings and Hi There,

Written rules, unwritten conventions are there to regulate the behavior of
the mass in such a manner that is agreeable to the majority.

I think we have identified a problem area that we, the archery community as
a whole, are guilty of doing. That is not paying attention to the possibly
new folks that go out to the ranges. For whatever reason, this ignoring the
new guy has gone on for years. I don't think we meant to do it. It just
happens as they say.

A means of correcting this problem is at hand. However, just as it has gone
on for years, it will continue to do so unless we do something about it.
The option of fixing this problem has always been there, even if not known.
But it hasn't been done.

If we are to fix this problem, I think some action that requires action will
be required.

I guess it boils down to do we want to fix this problem or continue on as we
have in the past forgetting about our future?

Gilli
