ARCH - Combat bolt question...

Maybe I'm being thick this morning, but I need a little more clarifcation:
Is it 28 inches as the overall length or 28 inches from the nock to just
behind the head (the draw point)?

3.	28 inches is the max length for both arrows and bolts the average
bolt length is 16 inches. But this should be adjusted to balance with your
crossbow.
