ARCH - Awards ceremony

Who do you think would be the most appropriate to do the honors?  I am also
trying to coordinate with the Crown for the awarding of the medallions for
my competition as well.

Pug said something like:   Who would be giving those out? They would have to
arrange with the event steward or Crown for the time to do it depending on
how public you  wanted it.
