Don't forget to get the scores sent to the keeper of the IKAC so that they
count.

>>There was lots of good shooting and good fun at Greywood's Battle of the
>Pines XVII this past weekend.
>>
>>It has been a long time since there was archery at a Greywood event.
>However, interest in Archery has been steadily growing in Greywood for the
>past few months with numerous unofficial backyard archery practices being
>held on a regular basis. I am confident that His Majesties forests are well
>protected by the archers of Greywood.
>>
>>There were 19 archery participants at BOP this weekend with 12 archers
>recording scores and competing to be the Archery Champion of Greywood. This
>means that there were more people entered into the Archery list than any
>other of the competitions. There were more Archers than their were Rapier,
>Chivalric, A&S, Bardic, or Equestrian participants.
>>
>>At the end of the day, Don Sebastian Frobishire, The Royal Huntsman of
>Ansteorra, had distinguished himself with a Royal Round score of 70 in the
>competition to become Greywood's new Archery Champion. Incidentally, after
>the competition Don Sebastian had a second Royal Round score of 81 as he
>finished out an IKAC score of 198. To Don Sebastian, VIVAT!
>>
>>Thanks need to be given to Lord Iaen Mor for helping setup the archery
>range and marshalling throughout the day, and to Don Sebastian for helping
>with the days activities including instructing youth and novice archers.
>Congratulations to Aaron Whitewolf who interned with the marshallate
>throughout the day (and previously at Kingdom Warlord/Bordermarch Baronial)
>and is now authorized and recognized as the Archery Marshal for Greywood.
>>
>>In Service,
>>
>>Lord Eadric Anstapa
>>Coastal Regional Archery Marshal
>>Virtual Scribe to the Marshallate
