A LOCAL CALENDAR EVENT

The Shire of Middleford is happy to sponsor the following Archery Shoots at
Camp Finlayson, West Fort Hood, TX, Building number 93013 hosted by HLs
Darcy and Gilli.

11 - 13 May--SHOOT
20 - 22 July--SHOOT
10 - 12 August--SHOOT
7 - 9 September--SHOOT
23 - 25 November--ARCHER'S REVEL

IKAC and IKCAC ranges will be set up plus lots of room for other things.

FOR THE SHOOTS: The site will open at 5 PM on Friday and closed when we
decide to level on Sunday.  No site fee.  No feast fee.  There will be a
potluck feast Saturday evening after the shooting.  HLs Darcy and Gilli will
provide the meat.  Breakfast Sunday will be fed to those who spend the night
on site.

FOR ARCHER'S REVEL: All are welcome.  Last big chance to shoot for score
before the end of the season.  Cost is $15 per person.  $3 may be subtracted
from the cost for each score that counted that was sent in for archers or $3
for every range that a non-archer helped with.  Archers and non-archers may
continue to subtract $3 until their cost for the weekend is FREE.  Six meals
starting with soup and sandwiches Friday evening to Lunch Sunday.

Camp Finlayson is a fairly large site.  If you want to come to do war prep
things, please feel free to come on down.  Just let us know you're coming so
we can take care of things.

Camp Finlayson has brand new bath house with flush toilets and showers, male
and female side.  Please excuse the construction dust while it settles.

Grab required.  All standard SCA rules of conduct apply.
