ARCH - Royal Huntsman

It would be good to see more marshals in the north, 
becides my fellows in Wiesenfeuer and Namron.  I know 
archery is big in Wiesenfeuer, we have the same number 
or more archers than fighters.  And it would be very 
nice to see more groups with that type of archery 
support in the north.
